The Foundations Network

Intro

The Foundations Network was established in January 2022 as a means to reach people with the gospel message and with Bible-based teaching. God drew our attention to the mass amount of Christians WHO profess Christianity, yet their lives and actions spoke different and they didn't hold to Christian values from God's Word. Either they were openly rebellious to the Word or they had a "crack in their foundation". With the demise of Sunday school and the rise of megachurches providing a place to "get lost" in the crowd, we began to address this lack of Christian education through a simple podcast "The Foundations Podcast"

As time went on, when we began to see a rise in our viewership, the Foundations Network was born. We began to add programming dealing with different aspects of the Christian life, testimonies, movies, Christian women's lives and music. The Foundations Network resides in the social media world. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Rumble, TikTok and X just to start. In late 2025, we launched our 24/7 Live Streaming Channel on Rumble where, in our infancy, have seen over 10,000 viewers per month. All of our programming is on the social media platforms for on-demand viewing and we now have our audio streams to over 30 outlets that reach around the world. We are adding programming to our channel every week with programs such as The Foundations Podcast, The Foundations Report, Reel Perspective, You Can’t Make This Up (satirical), historical programming, music programming, children’s animation and cartoons, Tuesday Night Bible Study, Messianic Perspective, Bible Reflections, The Word for Life as well as many more and many more to come. The Foundations Network is a creation of the Institute for Biblical Learning, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Your gifts and donations keep us creating and producing content and reaching more and more individuals with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

About - Meet the Team

Founder/Director Steve Madden
Steve Madden is the Founder of the Institute for Biblical Learning, the non-profit 501(c)3 organization that is the mothership for The Foundations Network. Steve's is an ordained minister with the Full Gospel Churches International and has ministered in several areas of the church for the past 34 years. In 2022, God lead Steve to begin The Foundations Podcast and was joined by his Pastor Paul Vincent to deliver a weekly podcast that would deal with solid Bible teaching and deal with various issues within the Christian church. In 2023, this ministry was expanded to The Foundations Network with the vision of delivering Bible-based shows, programs, music, teaching for all ages to the social media environment, streaming and soon to come mobile applications. The vision is to go where people are spending their time and offer them this content to watch and get the Good News of the Gospel out to them. Besides the Foundations Podcast, Steve also second chairs with Reel Perspective, is a member of the panel program Biblical News Review and continues to develop new content for The Foundations Network.

Director/Pastor Paul Vincent
Pastor Paul Vincent along with Steve, began The Foundations Podcast for the Foundations Network. Pastor Paul has been in the pastoral ministry for the last forty-one years and currently is the Pastor of River of Life Assemblies of God church in Georgetown, TX. Pastor Paul attended Nelson University and has been married for thirty-eight years, has three children and four grandchildren. Pastor Paul also is an integral part of Foundations University, teaching courses in Biblical Knowledge and a panel member on the Biblical News Review.

Adina Madden
Adina Madden is wife of the Founder Steve Madden and has ministered together with him for the past 37 years. She has been in various ministry roles as children's pastor, praise and worship director, youth pastor and evangelist. Adina is a Christian songwriter and has written hundreds of songs and some you hear on the Foundations Network. Her latest song, "Wonderful" was debuted in our last episode of Raise A Hallelujah. Adina is co-host along with Sheryl Lockhart on Faith and Friends and she regularly performs on Raise A Hallelujah and is instrumental in development of new musical shows for the network.

Russell Lockhart
Russell Lockhart is an integral part of the Foundations Network family and brings vast experience in music, drama and production to the ministry. Russell has not only produced and written both dramatic productions and music, but also performs them as well. Russell and Steve currently helm the Reel Perspective show on the Foundations Network and Russell leads the Raise a Hallelujah program. He has performed on the Raise a Hallelujah show and coordinates this program bringing new and anointed musicians to the network.

Sheryl Lockhart
Sheryl Lockhart is the wife of Russell Lockhart and brings years of talent to the Foundations Network. Sheryl has served in various ministry positions: 5 years in children's ministry, 6 years in church choir, 15 years on various worship teams and is currently co-host with Adina Madden on the Faith and Friends program seen here on the Foundations Network. Her knowledge of non-profits and fund-raising is also vital to the operations of the network.

Pastor Joe Vincent
Pastor Joe Vincent has many many years in the pastoral ministry for many years. A seasoned minister, Pastor Joe currently serves as associate minister at River of Life Assemblies of God church in Georgetown, Texas. He has our newest show on the Foundations Network, Walk With Jesus, where he reads the Word of God to give our viewers an infusion of the Bible in their lives and encourage their walk with the Lord.

JP Vincent
JP Vincent is our technical video and sound guy for the ministry. He is instrumental of many shows on the Foundations Network and currently serves in the office of video and sound at River of Life Assemblies of God church in Georgetown, TX. JP also is a regular panel member on the Biblical News Review show on the network and shares good insite into the issues we discuss.
